An affordable, simple and easy pipe to install rain pipe (sprinkler hose) irrigation system as a sub-main pipe. Low pressure no more than 1 bar, from 1/2” to 8”, the Flat Hose can be any diameter, thickness from 0.2 mm to 1 mm.
Thinner flat pipe only used as a water discharge hose for water delivery. Big-diameter flat pipe more than 8" may be colored in white.
To install a rain pipe (sprinkler hose) irrigation system on farm while DEAR DEER rain pipe (sprinkler hose) branch from main pipe it need some fittings to lead the water into sprinkler hose and stop water at end. These irrigation system fittings make sprinkler hose to spray easily.
Firstly it is a plastic ball valve. The ball valve open, half open or close to control water flow or shut down the water supply. In general this valve is with female thread to connect a quick male thread nipple. In general we use 1 1/4" or 3/4" female thread valve.
Secondly it is the quick male thread nipple. This nipple screwed into valve and locked the sprinkler hose tightly with a ring. The body of nipple is a gradually little increasing pipe from screw end to another end. The ring holds on the pipe. Its inside diameter is a little bigger than small section and a little smaller than big section of this pipe. While this nipple insert into sprinkler hose all of the hose wall can come inside the inner of the ring. We just push the ring to big end then the hose is locked tightly. The quick nipple of AJ-102 twin sprinkler hose has one male thread with 2 branches with ring. To lock AJ-102 the beginning of twin sprinkler hose must to cut the link part of 2 hoses and divide a section into 2 divided hoses. The 2 divided hoses must to be locked at each branch of twin quick nipple.
Thirdly there is a quick connector with 2 rings. It can connect 2 sections of flat hose while the length of hose must to extend. This quick connector also can repair the broken hose. We can cut the broken section out and reconnect 2 sections with this quick connector.
Last one of sprinkler hose fittings is the end stopper. There are 2 types of end stopper. In general we use end clip with fixing holes. End clip is convenient for stopping water at end of rain pipe (sprinkler hose). It can easy to open or close. While there is dirt in the hose we can open the end clip to flush the dirt out and reclose to stop water for spray. The fixing holes are prepared for insert fixer in the farm ground to prevent wind or some other things to make the sprinkler hose move. The widest flat hose this end clip can be used is 10.5cm.
Another end stopper is rod tighten stopper. It is special for thicker or wider flat hose. The widest flat hose this rod tighten stopper can be used is 14.5cm. The main components are a flat brock with a long opening at middle and a long rod. To set it on farm ground we must fold back a section of end flat hose and let this folded section through the opening from one side at the flat brock. Then we let the rod at the other side through the interspace between folded flat hose till the end of rod insert into a locker at the end of the flat brock and the rod will be locked by this locker. At last we draw the flat hose to tight the rod. While we fill water into the flat hose, the end of the flat hose will be swollen that pull the rod pressing to stop the water.
The fittings for sprinkler hose irrigation are popularly used in any farm irrigation or garden irrigation no matter field irrigation, net house irrigation, greenhouse irrigation.
